Όταν «Ο ΛΕΩΝΙΔΑΣ» συνάντησε τη «Σπάρτη Νέα Πορεία»

 

Πολιτιστικός Σύλλογος Αποδήμων και Επαναπατρισθέντων Λακώνων ''Ο Λεωνίδας'' 

Με μεγάλη επιτυχία πραγματοποιήθηκε η συνάντηση του Πολιτιστικού Συλλόγου Αποδήμων και Επαναπατρισθέντων Λακώνων «Ο ΛΕΩΝΙΔΑΣ» με την επικεφαλή της δημοτικής παράταξης «Σπάρτη Νέα Πορεία» κα. Ντία Τζανετέα και τους συνεργάτες της,δημοτικούς συμβούλους ,Νίκη Ζαχαράκη,Νίκο Τσούκλερη και Τάσο Γκολέμη ,στο πλαίσιο του κύκλου επαφών και συναντήσεων που πραγματοποιεί ο Σύλλογός μας με τις δημοτικές παρατάξεις του Δήμου Σπάρτης, τους Δήμους της Λακωνίας και τους βουλευτές του Νομού μας.
Κατά τη διάρκεια της συνάντησης πραγματοποιήθηκε ουσιαστικός και εποικοδομητικός διάλογος γύρω από θέματα που αφορούν την ομογένεια, τον απόδημο Λακωνικό Ελληνισμό και την ενίσχυση των δεσμών των απανταχού Λακώνων με τη Σπάρτη και τη Λακωνία.
Ιδιαίτερη αναφορά έγινε:
• στη δημιουργία μόνιμου διαύλου επικοινωνίας μεταξύ Δήμου και ομογένειας
• Δημιουργία προγραμμάτων για τη νέα γενιά αποδήμων με στόχο την γνωριμία τους με την Λακωνία την ιστορία και τις ρίζες τους
•στη διοργάνωση Παγκόσμιας Συνάντησης Λακώνων Αποδήμων στη Σπάρτη-Λακωνια•
στη συμμετοχή της ομογένειας στις πολιτιστικές δράσεις του τόπου μας,• καθώς και στην ανάγκη στήριξης της νέας γενιάς αποδήμων και επαναπατρισθέντων Λακώνων.
Στη συνάντηση παρευρέθηκε και ο Πρόεδρος της Πανλακωνικής Ομοσπονδίας Αμερικής & Καναδά κ. Στέλιος Δημάκος, η παρουσία του οποίου έδωσε ιδιαίτερη σημασία στη συζήτηση και στις προοπτικές συνεργασίας με την ομογένεια.
Ο Σύλλογός μας συνεχίζει με συνέπεια τις πρωτοβουλίες εξωστρέφειας και διαλόγου, με στόχο η φωνή της ομογένειας να έχει ενεργό ρόλο στο παρόν και το μέλλον της Λακωνίας.

Το Διοικητικό Συμβούλιο του Πολιτιστικού Συλλόγου Αποδήμων και Επαναπατρισθέντων Λακώνων«Ο ΛΕΩΝΙΔΑΣ»
The meeting of the Cultural Association of Emigrant and Repatriated Laconians “LEONIDAS” with the head of the municipal faction “Sparta New Course,” Ms. Ntia Tzanetea, and her associates, municipal councilors Niki Zacharaki, Nikos Tsoukleris, and Tasos Golemis, was held with great success. The meeting took place as part of the series of contacts and discussions that our Association is conducting with the municipal factions of the Municipality of Sparta, the municipalities of Laconia, and the members of parliament of our region.
During the meeting, a substantial and constructive dialogue took place on issues concerning the Greek diaspora, expatriate Laconians, and the strengthening of ties between Laconians worldwide and Sparta and Laconia.
Special reference was made to:
•the creation of a permanent communication channel between the Municipality and the diaspora,
•the development of programs for the younger generation of expatriates, aimed at familiarizing them with Laconia, its history, and their roots,
•the organization of a World Gathering of Laconians Abroad in Sparta-Laconia,
the participation of the diaspora in the cultural activities of our region,
as well as the need to support the younger generation of expatriated and repatriated Laconians.
Also present at the meeting was the President of the Pan-Laconian Federation of America and Canada, Mr. Stelios Dimakos, whose presence gave special significance to the discussion and to the prospects for cooperation with the diaspora.
Our Association continues consistently with its initiatives of outreach and dialogue, with the aim that the voice of the diaspora will play an active role in the present and future of Laconia.
